Our support services are designed to strengthen leaders’ capacity so they can not only manage, but genuinely flourish, both organisationally and individually.

    Bespoke One-To-One Sessions

We support Black Diasporic and Global Majority leaders in pausing, reconnecting, and strengthening their capacity to lead with authenticity and resilience. We act as guides, offering trauma-informed coaching, leadership mentoring, and somatic and nervous system regulation tools and insights that help leaders understand their own and their organisation’s stressors in healthy, productive ways. We insist that each session or group of sessions is meant to elevate their well-being and accelerate alignment and cohesion with their mission, vision, and values.

Our offerings start with a free consultation where we discuss needs and offer a plan. Each session is 1–1.5 hours long, and they can be individual or a set of sessions, depending on the leader’s needs. Fees can be adjusted to the budget to keep our services accessible, while honouring the depth of our work and the energy we bring.

    Peer Support Groups

Our Peer Support sessions offer Global Majority leaders a space to connect, share real challenges and wins, and receive mutual insight and guidance from those with shared lived experience. Recognising the emotional and personal labour this work demands, especially within an inequitable sector, we create community spaces that hold, support, and strengthen leaders as they navigate it.

We also invite guest speakers who’ve walked similar paths to share practical wisdom on areas like fundraising, governance, operations, and leadership practice.

These are designed to run for six sessions over 12 weeks for 1.5 hours, free to join, with a new weekly topic presented and facilitated by our team to ensure genuine connection and meaningful exchange.

    Group Workshops

Our group workshops explore topics that are specific to the lived experiences and the working realities of Black Diasporic and Global Majority Leaders navigating and operating within an inequitable system. Topics include but are not limited to: financial and holistic worthiness, building internal resilience in an unequal system, and personal and organisational storytelling.

These sessions create spaces of learning, sharing, and unpacking those dynamics, offering guidance toward moving from survival into sustained wellbeing.

These interactive sessions happen quarterly and last for 1.5-2 hours.
