Our Services

With a combined 21 years of experience in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, we know the challenges and rewards that come with the work; to deliver real impact and feel sustained as a leader, particularly as a Global Majority leader. The gaps in access, resources, and opportunities for growth feel more acute.

Our services bridge the gaps and the challenging feelings they can create, through:

  • Building Personal and Professional Wellbeing, specific to leadership.

  • Exposing and tackling root causes of VCSE structural inequality through Solutions-Focused Research, and

  • Strengthening Organisational Resilience with practical tools, skills and foundations.

VCSE Sector Research

We aim to amplify the voices of Global Majority Community-Based Leaders (CBLs) by researching their lived experiences within the VCSE sector, documenting how collectivism, mutual aid, and equality underpin their work, and exposing the systemic barriers that undermine them.
