Our work is rooted in lived experience and uplifts Black Diasporic and Global Majority leaders, their organisations, and their work. We challenge the undertones of a sector that continuously demands them to “prove their worth.”

Our Services

Our services fill the gaps in access, resources, and growth opportunities that Black Diasporic and Global Majority leaders face in the VCSE sector by:

  • Nurturing resilience and wellbeing through Leadership Mentorship, where we offer one-to-one sessions, peer groups, and workshops, to ensure leaders feel sustained, not just successful.

  • Exposing and dismantling structural inequality through Solutions-Focused Advocacy and Research.

  • Modernising your mission and vision through Digital Marketing and Storytelling Solutions to command the funding and resources they deserve.

Leadership Mentorship & Wellbeing Support

By centring wellbeing and leadership development, we empower leaders to consistently carry out their work feeling resourced, aligned, and authentic, honouring their personal values and those of their organisations.

VCSE Sector Advocacy & Research

We aim to amplify the voices of Black Diasporic and Global Majority Community-Based Leaders (CBLs) by researching their lived experiences within the VCSE sector. Our research documents through data how collectivism, mutual aid, and equality underpin their work, and exposes the systemic barriers that undermine them.

Digital Marketing and Strategic Storytelling

We enhance your access to funding markets, networks, and resources by developing the core presentational and infrastructural tools needed for long-term growth. By aligning effective storytelling with a deep, nuanced understanding of the VCSE sector, we ensure Black Diasporic and Global Majority leaders remain prepared to carry out their essential work with maximum impact and reach.

Managing Director of T.A.P Project

“I am the Managing Director of TAP Project C.I.C. TAP represents PanAfrican people in Greater Manchester, specialising in tailored and impactful support for our community Elders, Young People, Women, and Girls. We firmly and proactively continue to build our own table while simultaneously and strategically positioning ourselves in rooms of influence to improve the lives of all members of the African diaspora. We have worked with Grassroots2Growth for just over four years and secured some large contracts with them in that time. I have always found G2G to be very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest shifts within this sector, especially around cultural appropriation. It's great working with G2G, communication is always on point, and they always do what they state they intend to do. I would recommend any Black-focused organisation to work with G2G, ranking them 9/10”
