Our work is rooted in lived experience and uplifts Global Majority leaders, their organisations, and their work. We challenge the undertones of a sector that continuously demands them to “prove their worth.”
Our Services
With a combined 21 years of experience in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, we know the challenges and rewards that come with the work; to deliver real impact and feel sustained as a leader, particularly as a Global Majority leader. The gaps in access, resources, and opportunities for growth feel more acute.
Our services bridge the gaps and the challenging feelings they can create, through:
Building Personal and Professional Wellbeing, specific to leadership.
Exposing and tackling root causes of VCSE structural inequality through Solutions-Focused Research, and
Strengthening Organisational Resilience with practical tools, skills and foundations.
Leadership Support & Evolution
By centring wellbeing and leadership development, we support leaders to carry out their work feeling resourced, aligned, and authentic, honouring their personal values and those of their organisations.
VCSE Sector Research
We aim to amplify the voices of Global Majority Community-Based Leaders (CBLs) by researching their lived experiences within the VCSE sector, documenting how collectivism, mutual aid, and equality underpin their work, and exposing the systemic barriers that undermine them.
Organisational Resilience
By enhancing access to funding markets, networks, resources, and capacity through the development of core presentational and infrastructural tools, we help you stay prepared to carry out your essential work effectively.

Managing Director of T.A.P Project
“I am the Managing Director of TAP Project C.I.C. TAP represents PanAfrican people in Greater Manchester, specialising in tailored and impactful support for our community Elders, Young People, Women, and Girls. We firmly and proactively continue to build our own table while simultaneously and strategically positioning ourselves in rooms of influence to improve the lives of all members of the African diaspora. We have worked with Grassroots2Growth for just over four years and secured some large contracts with them in that time. I have always found G2G to be very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest shifts within this sector, especially around cultural appropriation. It's great working with G2G, communication is always on point, and they always do what they state they intend to do. I would recommend any Black-focused organisation to work with G2G, ranking them 9/10”
