Leadership Support & Evolution

    One-to-One Sessions with Trained Trauma-Informed Coaches and Mentors

    We support Global Majority leaders in pausing, reconnecting, and strengthening their capacity to lead with authenticity and resilience. We act as guides, offering tools and insights that help leaders understand their own and their organisation’s stressors in healthy, productive ways that elevate wellbeing and accelerate alignment and cohesion to their mission, vision, and values.

    Our offerings are 1–1.5 hour sessions, with fees adjusted to organisational size and budget to keep our services accessible, while honouring the depth of our work and the energy we bring.

    Peer Support Groups

    Our Peer Support calls offer Global Majority leaders a space to connect, share real challenges and wins, and receive mutual insight and guidance from those with shared lived experience. Recognising the emotional and personal labour this work demands, especially within an inequitable sector, we create community spaces that hold, support, and strengthen leaders as they navigate it.

    We also invite guest speakers who’ve walked similar paths to share practical wisdom on areas like fundraising, governance, operations, and leadership practice.

    Sessions run monthly for 1.5 hours, free to join, with six-month cohorts capped at 20 leaders to ensure genuine connection and meaningful exchange.

    Group Educational and Coaching Workshops

    Our group workshops and coaching sessions explore how emotional energy shapes leadership. Drawing on the neuroscience of stress and motivation, we look at how emotional health influences decision-making, responses to challenge, and organisational culture.

    For Global Majority leaders working in sectors still shaped by colonisation and institutional racism, the weight of survival mode can be constant. These sessions create space to learn, share, and unpack those dynamics, offering guidance toward moving from survival into sustained wellbeing.

    By grounding leadership in emotional regulation and worthiness, we help strengthen both leaders and the communities they serve.
